From an iconic Loire Natural Wine producer, this is Cabernet Sauvignon, Groslot (Grolleau), Cabernet Franc, and Gamay layered by variety in whole-bunches. Spontaneously ferments and ages in tank for several months prior to being bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12%ABV
