The Details

Younger vine Syrah with some Mourvèdre, Picpoul Noir, Vaccarèse, Muscardin, and Counoise. Grapes are hand-harvested from biodynamically-plus (cosmoculture) cultivated vines planted to clay/limestone soils. Vinified in a combination of steel and cement tanks prior to élevage in the same vessels. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
