The Details
A magisterial, deeper Southern Rhône white - this is composed of biodynamically-plus (cosmoculture) cultivated Clairette/Bourboulence/Grenache Blanc/Roussanne/Marsanne/Viognier and a host of other ancient varieties of the area, many not cultivated anywhere else commercially. Grapes are hand-harvested and macerate for a few days before pressing and aging for 2-2.5 years in neutral barrel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
