The Details

From older vines planted to clay/limestone soils biodynamically-plus (cosmoculture) cultivated in the Southern Rhône, this is mainly Grenache with some Syrah/Mourvèdre/Carignan from several parcels. Grapes are hand-harvested and macerate for 45 days before pressing. Élevage is 3.5 years in concrete before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
