The Details

From older vines planted to clay/limestone soils, this is primarily Grenache along with Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Carignan from several plots biodynamically-plus (cosmoculture) cultivated in the Southern Rhône. Grapes are hand-harvested and macerate for 45 days before pressing and a further élevage of 4 years in concrete. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
