The Details

Mostly Mencia and with small portion of indigenous varietals. Whole cluster fermentation in open-top tanks with about 2 weeks of maceration. Aged in concrete plus neutral wood. Zero/zero.

Growers: Roberto Santana (Canary Islands), Alfonso Torrente (Ribeira Sacra), Laura Ramos, and José Martínez  (Almansa).
