The Details
A big blend of red and white varietals (Mencia, Alicante Bouschet, Godello, Torrontes, Albariño, Doña Branca, plus others). Whole cluster fermentation in open-top vats and aged in neutral oak. Unfined, unfiltered, no SO2.
Growers: Roberto Santana (Canary Islands), Alfonso Torrente (Ribeira Sacra), Laura Ramos, and José Martínez (Almansa).
