"80% Garnatxa Negra, 20% Carinyena. Conca de Barbera, Catalonia. From estate fruit that has been farmed biodynamically since 2007. Vines are 15+ years old and are grown at an elevation of around 450m. Co-hand harvested, destemmed, and then macerated for a week and a half. Co-fermented with native yeasts in stainless and raised in tonneau for 16 months. No sulfur. Bottled unfined, unfiltered." (Indie Wineries)
