From Catalonian Natural Wine Legend Joan-Ramón Escoda, this is 50/50 Carinyena + Garnacha. Spontaneously fermented in stainless steel followed by 14 months élevage in neutral oak before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12.5%ABV
