The Details

From a small vineyard planted at 1000m on Mt. Etna's Northern Face, this is a Nerello Mascalese dominant Etnean red also composed of Nerello Cappuccio, Alicante, and Minella. Grapes are hand-harvested, macerate for several weeks prior to pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in neutral vessel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 13.5% ABV
