From the importer:
100 % small-grain Godello, from an original planting from 1909, with staggered vines planted at a density of 980 vines per hectare. 5-day maceration and pressed into stainless steel, and after a month of free fermentation, racked by gravity off the lees. They used the winter frost temperatures to hermetically decant, outside, before bottling. Volume and minerality.
