In any case, these are zero-zero gems, pure & wild with an expert’s touch from the rugged, winsome, drop-to-your-knees beauty of the Adelaide Hills. 

100% Semillon. Sandy soils, 25 year old vines. Grapes are hand harvested and de-stemmed and undergo a short maceration on skins for 4 days. Pressed and fermented for 2 weeks in a ceramic egg cellar. Finished fermentation in bottle. Aged on lees in bottle for 4 months before disgorging.
