Anton's 'house-style' Pinot Noir, made from several organic sites across the Adelaide Hills. Unquestionably funky on first open, with a slightly reductive nose that blows off to bear a more elegant musk of mushroom and cherrywood. A Hagrid-Pinot, strong-boned and jovial, one who reveals his secrets quickly but is sure to be a good time, with fresh summer strawberry, lemongrass and brambly mulberry. As with all of Anton's wines, unfined, unfiltered, with no SO2 at any point.
