The Details

Biodynamically cultivated Gamay / Mondeuse / Pinot Noir in Savoie. Grapes are hand-harvested, whole-cluster macerate for 12 days prior to pressing. Aging for 24 months sur lie in neutral foudre before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
