The Details
A non-vintage blend of a solera dating back to 2022 composed of wines from 5 different vineyards all organically cultivated by Markus. Varieties are Muskat Ottonel, Traminer, Welschriesling, Grüner Veltliner, & Sauvignon Blanc. Grapes are hand-harvested and macerate overnight on average prior to pressing and spontaneous fermentation and aging in a combination of old Stockinger barrel and concrete egg. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal (<20ppm) added SO2.
