The Details

Chasselas/Verdejo/Godello from 115 year-old biodynamically farmed vines on clay/pebble/sandy soils in Zamora, Spain. Grapes are hand-harvested and macerate for a short period of time before pressing. Neutral vessel for spontaneous fermentation and aging. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
