100% Tempranillo from biodynamically farmed vines on clay in Spain's Zamora. Grapes are hand-harvested and spontaneously ferment and age in a combination of stainless steel and neutral barrel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 15% ABV
