The Details
100% Lagrein from biodynamically cultivated vines at the foot of the Ritten in Alto-Adige at super high elevation. Two separate harvests; one is directly pressed the other spends 2 hours on the skins. Spontaneously fermented and aged in concrete vat with a small portion of neutral wood. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal (<10ppm) added SO2.
