The Details
Sparkling Rosato! 90% Lagrein, 10% Schiava from 3 steep biodynamically vineyards around the Bolzano basin in Alto-Adige. Grapes are hand-harvested from 27 year-old vines. Some grapes macerate for several hours some are directly pressed. Refermented in bottle with fresh must. Unfined, unfiltered, minimal (10ppm) added SO2.
