From ungrafted, centenarian (100+ year-old) Riesling vines biodynamically farmed since 1978(!), grapes are hand-harvested and whole-bunch directly pressed to 1000L wooden tank for spontaneous fermentation and aging for 8 months before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 11.5% ABV
