The Details

100% Riesling from 35 year-old vines biodynamically cultivated on a steep, gray/blue slate-ridden slope that faces southwest. Grapes are hand-harvested and whole-bunch directly pressed to 350L stainless steel vats where the juice spontaneously ferments. Élevage 11 months also in stainless prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 11% ABV
