100% Riesling from young vines biodynamically farmed by Rudolf on the site of a famous ancient Roman church there. Grapes are hand-harvested, whole-bunch directly pressed and spontaneously fermented and aged sur lie in large wooden vessel. This vintage is unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 11.5% ABV
