Organically cultivated Gamay from old-vines in both Brouilly & Côte de Brouilly, planted over weathered granite, basalt, and schist. Hand-harvested, whole-cluster spontaneous fermentation and aging in neutral vessel before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
