The Details

Organically cultivated 80+ year-old Pinot Noir from vines in Ladoix in the Côte de Beaune planted over clay/limestone. Hand-harvested, whole-cluster spontaneously fermented and aged neutral vessel before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
