The Details

100% Chardonnay biodynamically cultivated from the 'Linse' vineyard site which is sandstone/marl and considered Erste Lage (Premier Cru) on 35 year-old vines. Grapes are hand-harvested and directly pressed, spontaneous fermentation and élevage in 500L neutral tonneau for 15 months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal (<5ppm) SO2 added at bottling. 12%ABV
