The Details
From the outside of Verona in the Veneto, this is 100% Garganega where 50% of the varieties macerate whole-cluster for 15-days prior to blending with directly pressed juice. The wine then ages for 8 months in stainless steel prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12.5%ABV
