The Details
Organic Rosso Veronese from Terre di Pietra - 60% Corvina, 30% Rondinella, 10% Corvinone. Grapes are hand-harvested, spontaneously ferment and age for 18 months in concrete vat before being bottled and aged a further 12 months in bottle unfined, unfiltered, minimal (<30ppm) added SO2.
Spontaneous fermentation in concrete vats. Aged for 18 months in concrete vats and 12 months in bottle. Sulfur dioxide levels less than 30 mg/l.
