The Details
50% Corvina, 20% Corvinone, 20% Rondinella, 10% Molinara from organically cultivated grapes in Valpolicella, Veneto. Grapes are hand-harvested and spontaneously co-ferment in stainless steel prior to pressing and élevage in cement tank for 18 months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal (<20ppm) added SO2 and left in bottle for 18 months prior to release.
