The Details

From biodynamically farmed vines in the Mâconnais, this is 100% Chardonnay that aged sur lie for 4 years in barrel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2 and no dosage (zero/zero/zero) – the wine finished with 7g/L residual sugar. Having tasted it last week, I can say it plays like a Brut, that is, it is a luscious and rich but DRY finish to the wine. Spectacular and so, so tasty. Couldn’t think of anything better to have with a particularly spicy kind of meal. Such a strange and satisfying wine. 0/0
