From biodynamically farmed vines in the Mâconnais, this is 100% Chardonnay, zero dosage, zero sulfur additions. (zero/zero/zero). Classic and delightful with racier acidity than any comparable Crémant de Bourgogne. Really amazing value (like all the Tripoz wines I suppose) especially if you compare the process/fruit quality/pricing to Champagne! 0/0
