The Details

100% Riesling from biodynamically farmed (since 1978!) vines in the Hubertuslay vineyard on grey/blue slate. Grapes are hand-harvested, whole-cluster directly pressed to very old Mosel fuders where the juice spontaneously ferments and ages for 1 year before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2 and a further 6 months in bottle before release. 12% ABV
