The Details

From the Hubertuslay vineyard, this is 100% Riesling from biodynamically (since 1978!) farmed vines on grey/blue slate soils. Grapes are hand-harvested, whole-bunch directly pressed to 1000L wooden tank for spontaneous fermentation and aging for 1 year before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 11.5% ABV
