The Details
From the Madonna vineyard site on gray/blue slate soils. 100% Riesling from 50+ year-old vines biodynamically cultivated by the Trossens for the entirety of their lives. Grapes are hand-harvested, whole-bunch directly pressed to 350L stainless steel tank for spontaneous fermentation and 1 year élevage also in tank before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12% ABV
