Henri Milan believes that making great wine is actually quite simple, emphasizing the importance of balance and harmony. He sees winemaking as an accompaniment to what the vine provides, rather than a technical process. Domaine Milan, founded by Henri's father in the 1950s, is located in the beautiful Alpilles mountains of Provençe. The estate transitioned to organic practices under Henri's leadership in the late '80s, making them pioneers in the region's move towards natural wine. With the help of his son and daughter, Henri produces some of the most delicious Provençal wines available.
