50/50 Groslot (Grolleau) and Gamay biodynamically cultivated in Côteaux du Layon from a combination of young and old-vines. Whole-cluster maceration prior to pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in stainless steel for 6 months before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 10% ABV
