100% Gascon aka Gamay d'Orleans aka Icaunais from young-vines biodynamically cultivated in Sologne. Grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, and gently pressed. Spontaneous fermentation and aging for 30 months all in neutral barrel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 13% ABV
