The Details

100% Pinot Noir from biodynamically cultivated 25 years-old vines on flinty clay soils. Grapes are hand-harvested and macerate for 3 weeks before pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging for 18 months in neutral barrel before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12.5% ABV
