The Details

Jacquère / Altesse from biodynamically cultivated 35 year-old vines on soft sandstone soils in their premier site (highest elevation, best exposure - southwest). Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed and age for 11 months before bottling unfined, coarsely filtered, no additional SO2.
