The Details

Gamay / Pinot Noir / Mondeuse from biodynamically farmed vines. Grapes are hand-harvested and macerate for a short time before pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging for 8 months sur lie in concrete before bottling unfined, coarsely filtered, no additional SO2.
