The Details
A multi-vintage blend (20/21/22) of Altesse/Jacquère/Savagnin/Gringet/Molette/Mondeuse Blanche. Grapes are vinified separately and variously across the vintages: 2020 is Altesse and Jacquere both directly pressed and given 33 month élevage sur lie in concrete; 2021 is Altesse and Jacquere (66%) directly pressed with 33% whole-bunch Gringet/Savagnin/Molette/Mondeuse Blanche infused/macerated in the directly pressed A/J juice, 27 month élevage sur lie in concrete; 2022 is Altesse, Jacquere, Gringet, Savagnin macerated for a few days before pressing and 9 month élevage in concrete. Everything blended/assembled/settled in tank for a few days before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
