Gamay, Mondeuse, & Pinot Noir from biodynamically cultivated vines in the Savoie. Grapes are hand-harvested and whole-bunch macerate for 3 weeks prior to pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging sur lie for 9 months in concrete vat. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 11% ABV
