100% Riesling from 45 year-old vines cultivated biodynamically in the vineyard Kinheimer Hubertuslay, south-facing, grey & blue slate soils. Hand-harvested and gently, whole-bunch pressed into old fuders where the juice spontaneously ferments & rests thereafter 7 months sur lie. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 11.5%ABV
