50% Pinot Blanc 50% Pinot Gris grown by Rudolf's friend at the border of the Saarland & Moselle Valley. Hand-harvested, whole-bunch directly pressed and spontaneously fermented in very old Mosel Fuders. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12%ABV
