100% Riesling from 35 year-old vines grown in the south and east facing slopes of the Pyramide vineyard in Kinheim. Gray/blue slate soils. Whole-bunch directly pressed and spontaneously fermented in large wood vate and aged sur lie for 11 months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 10% ABV
